Kematian ibu tersebut terjadi di Kemantren Gondokusuman dengan penyebab hipertensi sebanyak 1 kasus dan di Kemantren Tegalrejo dengan penyebab lain-lain sebanyak 1 kasus. Sementara itu, tidak terdapat kasus kematian ibu akibat perdarahan, infeksi, penyakit jantung, gangguan autoimun, maupun COVID-19.
